What’s the difference between sending my resume and a complete job application?

We’re putting you in touch with active recruiters. These recruiters have open roles and they’re looking for candidates who match your profile. When we complete a job application for you, we’re focused on one job. For example, you send your resume to 50 recruiters and some of them ask you to apply. We then handle the whole process and complete the application for you.
